In the news again: Still ringing in the new year? Try texting – The Boston Globe

Out of the blue, a reporter contacted me because she had read that I regularly send a bunch of text messages on New Year (and Mid-summer). So, now I have another quote.

Are you guys big texters during large events?

Link: Still ringing in the new year? Try texting – The Boston Globe.

As the ball drops this New Year’s Eve, a record number of revelers will hit their keypads, sending festive text messages and emoticon kisses to friends and family using their cellphones.

One thing I didn’t tell her was that I save all my messages in Lifeblog. Much easier to save, considering the amount of messages I normally send in a year.

Hmm, I’ve been in the news a bit too much this past month…
